Face lift surgery – after the procedure

This means a substantial cost savings to you. Your face is bandaged after the procedure and you may experience bruising and swelling for a few days. You may experience discomfort, but not pain, after the face lift surgery. Please be advised that your surgeon can prescribe oral sedative medications to alleviate the discomfort. Your surgeon will want to see you after about a week to make sure that you are healing properly, remove the sutures, and to place a removable bandage on your wounds.
